Synopsis

Boca Chica, Texas. Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Rio Grande, the town is shaped by the rhythmic sound of the waves. Yet this rugged landscape is undergoing an irreversible transformation. Wetlands have been drained, beaches closed, and homes acquired. Towering above it all is the shadow of a 50-story rocket, poised for launch into space.
