Synopsis

A family of Indigenous Tsotsil women—shepherds and wool weavers—care for their sheep while preserving the memory of their land and their ancestral mountains. Through their daily work, their stories, and their silences, the documentary reveals a profound relationship with the territory and with the traditions that sustain it.

Their encounter with the filmmaker opens a space for dialogue and discovery, making visible a desire to recognize different ways of inhabiting the same place and of understanding the world from other perspectives.
